Here at Deco-Mantone we can provide you with a unique and eye-catching cake for any type of event that can be designed and created to your own specifications.
Wedding Cakes - Whether you prefer a traditional tiered style, a modern stacked cake or something more unusual, our design process will ensure your wedding cake is both spectacular and delicious. Choose from traditional rich fruit cake, light Madeira sponge, chocolate cake, lemon sponge or carrot cake. Cakes are prepared with either Marzipan (fruit cakes) or buttercream before being coated in a generous layer of fondant icing. Fondant icing can be white, ivory or coloured to match your event.
Decorations can include sprays of beautifully hand-crafted sugar flowers, piped embroidery, modelled pieces and frills. Colours can be matched to your bouquet, bridemaid’s dresses or reception décor if you wish.

Balloons are magical - they both possess the ability to make people feel a little brighter and more cheerful when they appear. The child's reaction of surprise and pleasure to a helium filled balloon that floats in the air is dormant in most adults, but can be awakened to lighten the mood of any function when balloons are presented correctly. The perfect example of this is when you open the doors to your function room and as the guests enter you hear "wow, what a magical room!".
The very best way to get high impact and good value for money is to put balloons onto tables by way of Centrepieces. This is a simple but effective way to add colour and movement into an otherwise sterile empty room. Choices of balloon numbers, how they are displayed and the colours selected will all effect the look and atmosphere created. If this was the only decoration done, it would still be very effective.
